Emergency Preparedness

The Canadian Disability Policy Alliance has shared a great resource for emergency preparedness for people with disabilities.

These two government-issued guidelines are provided to assist people with disabilities, making sure that they: are aware of possible emergencies, plan for these emergencies and prepare an emergency supply kit. While this is important general information, it is increasingly pertinent to these trying times, as we continue the fight against COVID-19.

Check out the 2 resources produced by the provincial and federal government:

Canada: Emergency preparedness guide for people with disabilities/special needs
